FILL Program
The Metropolitan Cooperative Library System is pleased to be again offer FILL (From Interns to Library Leaders) internships in Southern California. Each intern placed in this program will receive a stipend of $2,000 after the completion of the internship.
Although internship openings are available for the fall, spring, or summer semesters, please note that applications are reviewed on a semester-by-semester basis. In order to receive credit for these internships, SJSU students must meet the internship eligibility requirements listed under the SLIS Internships Guidelines and submit the Internship Application form.
Nine FILL Internship placements are available to SJSU for Fall 2008 term.
Available libraries are:
- Altadena Library District
- Azusa City Library
- Burbank Public Library
- City of Commerce Public Library
- Long Beach Public Library
- Monterey Park Public Library
- Monrovia Public Library
- Santa Monica Public Library
- South Pasadena Public Library
